The Expert Electrical Sligo Minor Football Championship gets underway this evening, with eight games down for decision, all throwing-in at 7pm.
In the A Championship, Tubbercurry/Cloonacool host Eastern Harps in Kilcoyne Park, Easkey/Enniscrone/Kilglass face Owenmore Gaels in Quigabar, Ballymote/Bunninadden take on Curry in Ballinalack Community Park, and St Molaise Gaels make the long trip south to Tourlestrane.
In the B Championship, Castleconnor host Coolaney/Mullinabreena, St Farnan’s play host to St Mary’s, Geevagh/St Michael’s take on St Patrick’s in Ballintogher and Coolera/Strandhill are home to St John’s.
There is also one game in the U14 Championship at the same time as Geevagh host Eastern Harps.
And in Leitrim there are five games in the Leitrim U13 Football Championship tonight at 7pm.
Among them Glen Gaels play host to Melvin Gaels in Glencar.
