Several local athletes will represent Ireland at this Sunday’s European Cross Country Championships in Turin, Italy.
Dromore West’s Keelan Kilrehill (pictured) will be part of the Ireland men’s under-23 team who will be aiming to defend the team gold medal they won 12 months ago when the Euros were held in Dublin.
There are three Finn Valley Athletic Club athletes on the Ireland team.
The Flanagan sisters Eilish and Roisin will be both be part of the senior women’s team, as will Ann Marie McGlynn from Letterkenny AC.
Finn Valley’s Sean McGinley will also run in the men’s U20 race.
There will also be live television coverage on Sunday morning on RTÉ 2 television (& Player) – and there will also be a livestream of all races here.
