Donegal beat Monaghan last Saturday night by 0-19 to 0-17 to secure second place in Group 4 and a home quarter-final.
Tyrone squeezed through from Group 2 after a 0-18 to 0-18 draw with Westmeath last Sunday.
This will be the teams 11th championship meeting since 2011.
2014 and 2022 were the only years they didn’t play each other in the championship during that period.
There will be a winner on the night on Saturday with extra-time and penalties available if necessary.
