A man has been charged in connection with the ongoing Slieve League investigation.
Gardai are continuing to investigate an alleged assault that reportedly took place in the Slieve League/Killybegs area between Saturday, June 24th and Sunday, June 25th.
The body of a man was also recovered from the water below the cliffs at Slieve league on Monday July 3rd.
A man who’s in his 30s was arrested early yesterday morning in the Letterkenny area and brought to Ballyshannon Garda Station for questioning.
He is due to appear before a special sitting of Ballyshannon District court at 4pm this afternoon.
