The man charged with a murder in south west Donegal a number of weeks ago has been remanded in custody.
38 year old Alan Vial appeared at Letterkenny District Court this afternoon, via video link.
Vial was charged with the murder of Robert Wilkin, after his body was recovered from the water at Sliabh Liag last month.
The matter has been adjourned to the beginning of next month, with a book of evidence to be served on September 4th.
