Sligo University Hospital was the third most overcrowded hospital in Ireland this morning according to the latest trolley watch report.
There were 46 people awaiting admission there this morning.
A further 16 were waiting at Letterkenny.
Nationally, there were 595 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
