IFA call on Minister for Agriculture for protection against food buyers

Increased pressure is being put on Donegal TD, Charlie McConalogue to protect the livelihood of farmers.

The Irish Farmers’ Association says they need more protection from dominant food buyers.

The organisation says they should not be allowed to buy agri food products below the cost of production.

IFA President Francie Gorman is making this call on Minister Charlie McConalogue.
