Two arrested in relation to Creeslough explosion



Two people have been arrested in relation to the explosion at a petrol station in Creeslough that claimed the lives of ten people in October 2022.

A man and a woman in their 40s have been arrested this morning in relation to the incident.

The arrests were made in relation to offences contrary to the Non-Fatal Offences Against the Person Act 1997.

Both people are currently detained at seperate Garda stations in Donegal.

An investigation into the incident is ongoing, co-ordinated from Milford Garda station where an Incident Room is established under the direction of a Garda Senior Investigating Officer.
