Killybegs Coast Guard were tasked to another callout yesterday after a walker fell at the Secret Waterfall.
It’s understood the incident occurred at around 2.50pm on Thursday, and that the walker had sustained an injury.
A multi agency operation was carried out, including the National Ambulance Service and the Rescue 118 helicopter from Sligo, and the casualty was treated by paramedics before being brought to a nearby ambulance by the coast guard shore team.
Killybegs Coast Guard have wished the casualty well in her recovery.
