All road users are being warned that hedge cutting season begins on Sunday September 1st.
People are being asked to be mindful when travelling, particularly when using country roads.
Gardai in Donegal have issued a statement, advising that there will be a visible increase in this type of large machinery in operation along the roadsides over the coming weeks.
