A Donegal premises is among those that were given closure orders in October by the Food Safety Authority of Ireland.
Tasty Mac’s, located in Falcarragh was closed under the European Union (Official Controls in Relation to Food Legislation) Regulations, 2020.
There was a total of 16 enforcement orders were served on food businesses during the month of October for breaches of food safety legislation.
The FSAI stated that “consumers have a right to safe food and food safety must always be a top priority for food businesses. There are no excuses.”
