Basta in Tubbercurry has been bought out of examinership by an Irish company.
Desand Ltd has purchased the company which went into and examinership in July.
The company says it will invest up to €1 million developing products and services for the Irish and British markets.
It said that 12 jobs would be created in sales, marketing and administration over the coming weeks.

The locks and ironmongery is based in Tubbercurry and was founded more than 60 years ago.
