The Health and Safety Authority is investigating after a man died in a farm accident in Tipperary.
The fatality happened at a farm in Castlegrace, near Clogheen yesterday afternoon.
It's understood the man - who was in his sixties - died in a fall.
The Gardai and Health and Safety Authority are investigating.
