Peacefully, at Sligo University Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Pre-deceased by his mother Elizabeth (Lizzy) and father Patrick (Paddy) Daly. John will be sadly missed by his sister Mary (McMorrow); brothers Paddy Joe and Peter; brother in law Johnny; sisters in law Annmarie and Ingrid; nieces Tracey and Oneása; nephews Peter Jnr, David, Patrick (PJ), Kevin, Declan and Ciaran; extended family, close friends and neighbours.

Reposing at St.Brigid's Church, Drumkeerin, on Thursday evening from 6.00pm until 8.30pm. Funeral Mass on Friday at 10.30am with burial to follow in the adjoining cemetery.
