The Donegal port of Killybegs is looking forward to having one of its busiest years ever.
More that 11,000 passengers on 12 cruise ships are expected, with one ship carrying 1,300 passengers from Germany and the United States due to berth overnight in June.
Independent Councillor Niamh Kennedy said the arrival of the cruise ships will be a welcome major boost -- but she added there's a need to improve services for the visitors.
