There are 15 people waiting for a bed in the two main hospitals in the north west.
6 patients are waiting in Letterkenny University Hospital and a further 9 in Sligo University Hospital.
Figures across the north west have remained low in recent months due to the Covid-19 pandemic, however, there has been a slight increase in the past week.
Nationally, there are 127 people waiting on trolleys with Cork University Hospital the worst affected today with 23 patients waiting for a bed.
