182 people were waiting for beds in hospitals around the country this morning.
Five were waiting at Sligo University Hospital while a further 18 were waiting at Letterkenny.
The latest figures from the INMO show 138 patients are waiting in emergency departments, while 44 are in wards.
University Hospital Limerick is the worst affected by overcrowding, with 36 patients on trolleys, followed by Cork University Hospital with 24.
