There are 26 people on trolleys at hospitals in the North West today.

16 people are waiting for a bed at Letterkenny University Hospital while ten people are waiting at Sligo University Hospital.

There are almost 500 people on trolleys at hospitals around the country today with Limerick and Cork the worst affected areas.
