There are 20 people waiting on trolleys at Letterkenny University Hospital today.
That's according to the Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation latest trolley watch report.
Six people were on trolleys in the Emergency Department while another 14 people were waiting on wards.
Meanwhile there were 9 people waiting for a bed at Sligo University Hospital today.

Nationally, there were 342 people waiting at hospitals across the country.
