41 people were arrested between 5pm and 7am this morning in Letterkenny.
The Donegal Rally is in full swing and for most it has been a fun and safe experience.
However, Gardaí made a number of arrests for various offences.
21 arrests for Public order offences, 8 under the Misuse of Drugs Act, 1 for the sale and supply of drugs,
1 arrest for an assault causing harm, 4 for dangerous driving, 1 for being drunk in charge, 4 arrests for drink driving and 1 for an assault on a member of the Gardaí.

The final stages of the rally are on today and Gardaí are asking all attending to be safe.
