42 people waiting for a bed in North West

There were 42 people waiting for a bed at the two main North West hospitals this morning.

19 were waiting at Sligo University Hospital while a further 23 were waiting at Letterkenny.

Nationally, there were 425 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
