56 people awaiting admission in north west

There were 56 people awaiting admission to the two main north west hospitals this morning.

According to the latest trolley watch report, there were 38 people waiting at Sligo University Hospital while a further 18 were waiting at Letterkenny.

University Hospital Limerick was the most overcrowded with 80 people waiting there.

Nationally, there were 385 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
