57 people awaiting admission to two main North West hospitals

There were 57 people awaiting admission to the two main North West hospitals this morning.

According to the latest trolley watch report, there were 35 people waiting for a bed at Sligo University Hospital while a further 22 were waiting at Letterkenny.

University Hospital Galway had the highest figures in the country today with 59 people waiting there.

Nationally, there were 470 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
