64 people waiting on Hospital Beds at North West's two main Hospitals

In the latest figures published by the INMO for today Tuesday, June 27th there are 45 people waiting on a bed at Sligo University hospital while the number at Letterkenny University Hospital stands at 19.

While there are just two patients waiting in the emergency Department in Letterkenny there are 27 in Sligo's emergency Department.

Sligo University Hospital is once again among the three most overcrowded hospitals in the country behind Cork and Limerick University Hospitals.

Nationally today there are 467 people waiting on hospital bed's across the Country.
