77 people waiting on hospital beds in the North West

There are 77 people waiting for beds at the North West’s two main hospitals this morning.

According to data published by the INMO there are 29 people waiting at Sligo University Hospital figure while the number at Letterkenny University stands at 48, the third highest in the country behind Cork University Hospital and Limerick University where there are 72 people waiting in both hospitals.

Nationally the number of people across the Country stands at 625.
