There's been a 9% increase in demand for housing in Sligo when compared to the same time a year ago.
Latest figures from Daft.ie show that Donegal saw an increase in demand of 17% the same growth seen nationwide.

The latest press release issued by Daft.ie finds that nationwide demand for homes is up by 17% year on year while the demand for New Homes specifically is up a staggering 114% nationally when comparing May 2023 to the same period in 2022.
Eighteen of the twenty-six counties examined across the country by Daft.ie have seen an increase in demand compared to the same time last year.
