A mental health worker in the region is welcoming what's being described as a landmark court settlement involving Facebook.
The case -- the first of its kind in the world -- came before the High Court in Belfast.
It involved a 14-year old girl who took the legal action over a naked photo posted on a Facebook 'shame' page.
Mary McTernan of Grasp Life a foundation she set up following the death of her 24 year old son Garry by suicide in 2004, says responsibility for what appears on social media is long overdue:
