Disappointment has been expressed after acts of vandalism were carried out in the Showgrounds in Sligo over the weekend.
It's understood the vandalism was carried out during and after the Connacht Derby, which saw Sligo Rovers beat neighbours Galway United 2-0 in the SSE Airtricity Premier Division on Saturday.
Stands, light poles and signs were covered in offensive graffiti, and seats in the away stand were also broken.
Sligo Rovers have been contacted for comment by Ocean FM News on the matter this afternoon.
