Appeals have been made for information in relation to acts of vandalism at the Sligo Folk Park, a number of windows were smashed at the facility.
The vandalism is seen as a major blow ahead of the popular for 'Santatown' being staged at the folk Park.
In a statement to Ocean FM news Gardaí say they are investigating an incident of criminal damage that is alleged to have occurred on Friday evening/Saturday morning last at the Folk Park.
The statement adds that no arrests have been made at this time. Investigations are ongoing.
