After Christmas dinner, don't pour fats, grease, cooking oil down the sink

The “Think Before You Pour” Christmas campaign which is run by Clean Coasts in partnership with Irish Water has been launched.

The campaign is urging people not to pour fats, oils and greases from the Christmas turkey roast down the kitchen sink.

Sinead McCoy, from Clean Coasts, is asking everyone to be more environmentally friendly this Christmas.
