Airlines not offering refunds to passengers not flying due to Covid-19 fears

Airlines must reimburse passengers that are obey the Covid-19 restrictions and don't take flights which have not been cancelled due to the COVID-19 Crisis.

Sligo MEP Chris MacManus claims that airlines are not offering these customers a refund but instead offering vouchers or a change of flight.

The North West MEP says those affected must be reimbursed as the cost is significant and many may have no intention of travelling again anytime soon.
