Almost 100 awaiting admission at two North West hospitals

There were 98 people awaiting admission to the two main North West hospitals this morning according to the INMO.

Letterkenny was the third most overcrowded facility in the country today with 53 people waiting while a further 45 people were waiting at Sligo University Hospital.

University Hospital Limerick continues to be the most overcrowded with 97 people waiting there.

Nationally, there were 679 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
