Forty-seven apartments and 14 retail units in Ballybofey, Co Donegal, were sold in two separate lots at the most recent Allsop online auction.
The 47 apartments -- a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom units -- were sold for €571,000.
The 14 retail units, with a total of 14,694 square feet, were sold as one lot for €370,000.
Meanwhile, in Leitrim, three retail units were sold.

One, measuring 1,722 square feet, sold for €105,000; another measuring 926 square feet sold for €92,000 and the third, which was a retail unit with one-bedroom duplex apartment, sold for €91,000.
In Sligo, a three-bedroom semi-detached house in Ballymote sold for €82,000.
In Collooney, a three-bedroom first-floor duplex apartment sold for €123,000.
