Almost 60 people awaiting admission at North West hospitals

There were almost 60 people awaiting admission to the two main North West hospitals this morning.

31 people were waiting at Sligo University Hospital while a further 26 were waiting at Letterkenny.

University Hospital Limerick was the most overcrowded with 93 people waiting there.

Nationally, there were 495 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
