Almost 60 people awaiting admission to two main North West Hospitals

There were 59 people waiting for a bed at the two main North West Hospitals this morning, according to the latest trolley watch report.

29 people were waiting at Sligo University Hospital while a further 30 were waiting at Letterkenny.

Nationally, there were 468 people waiting at hospitals across the country today with Limerick University Hospital the most overcrowded – 52 people waiting there.
