Almost 60 people waiting for a bed in North West hospitals

There were 57 people waiting for a bed at the two main north west hospitals this morning according to the INMO.

29 people were waiting at Sligo University Hospital while a further 28 were waiting at Letterkenny.

The most overcrowded facility today was Cork University Hospital with 77 people waiting there.

Nationally, there were 472 people waiting at hospitals across the country today.
