Almost 70 people waiting for a bed at two main North West hospitals

There were almost 70 people waiting for a bed at the two main North West hospitals this morning.

39 people were waiting at Sligo University Hospital while a further 29 were waiting at Letterkenny.

Sligo University Hospital is the third most overcrowded today.

Nationally, there were 442 people waiting at hospitals across the country.
