A Donegal TD is calling for annual funding to be given to two organisations in the county that provides services for those with special needs and autism.
Fianna Fail Deputy Charlie McConalogue says the ICare and the Bluestack Foundation provide exceptional support and activities for children and families across Donegal.

He says they cannot continue relying on voluntary funding.
