An appeal has been lodged against plans for the redevelopment of the site of the Creeslough explosion.
10 people died in the explosion in Co. Donegal in 2022.
Donegal County Council last month granted planning permission for the existing building to be demolished and a service station be developed, which would include a shop, post office and off-license.
However, an appeal on behalf of bereaved family members is challenging the decision on a number of grounds.
It says the proposals are "untimely and premature", and also states neither the Stardust Nightclub and Grenfell Tower were rebuilt.
