An appeal has been issued after a number of hanging baskets were removed in Donegal Town.
The hanging baskets, which were located at the Eske Bridge, were being looked after by the local tidy towns committee.
One of the baskets fell or was thrown into the river while the other four are believed to have been stolen while a heavy container was upturned on the pavement opposite Blas.
