The North West based co-operatives Aurivo, has confirmed that it has been successful in its attempts to acquire the Arrabawn branded liquid Milk, butter and van sales business.
In a statement to OceanFM Aurivo say its Offer to the Board of Arrabawn has been approved by the CCPC.

The move is thought to be in line with Aurivo’s strategy to invest in liquid milk.
The Dawn and Arrabawn milk brands will be added to Aurivo’s portfolio of products.

The new ownership will come into effect later this month.
