Ballisodare playground is reopening today following a major facelift.
It follows a successful funding application for European funding for various upgrade works.

The amenity has been new refurbished with various additional facilities installed.
Speaking to Ocean FM News, Helena Boland of the Children's Playground Committee, outlined how important a role the facility will play in the community:
