The community hospital in Ballyshannon is expected to open in April.
It comes as the HSE has confirmed that the 80 bed facility is nearing completion.

It's understood that outstanding work inside the building includes furniture fitting alongside the testing of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Externally plans are in place in the coming weeks to complete the road surfaces, footpath and car parking.
