The Minister for Agriculture visited the landslide devastation around Drumkeerin on Monday, which has left homes, land, bridges and roads badly damaged.
Barry Cowen says he's unable to make a commitment yet to providing financial support for the farmers, land and homeowners who've been affected by the Drumkeerin landslides.
The Minister visited several of the sites affected includes homes which were flooded at Corkhill and Drumbrahade.
He also visited Lisnanurris, Derrindingen and the Dawn of Hope bridge on Shass mountain.

During his visit, Minister Cowen said he would not be making any further comment on an allegation he tried to evade a Garda checkpoint when he was found to be drink-driving in September 2016.
He says the official Garda record of his drink-driving offence in 2016 is 'incorrect'.
