The Bishop of the Diocese of Raphoe, which covers most of County Donegal, has announced a number of clergy appointments.
Very Rev. Eddie Gallagher, PP, Kilcar, is to be assistant priest in the parish of Templecrone, with residence in Leitirmacaward.
Very Rev. William Peoples, PP in Donegal Town (Tawnawilly) is to be parish priest in Kilcar.
Very Rev Niall Coll, PP in Ballintra (Drumholm) is to be PP in Donegal Town.

Rev Adrian Gavigan, curate in Lettermacaward and Doochary, is to be PP in Ballintra.
The appointments will take effect from the end of August.
