A Sligo/Leitrim TD says budget 2022 was a non-event for those in agriculture.
Deputy Marian Harkin was reacting to yesterday's budget in the Dáil
She says the CAP Budget this year has already failed to improve the situation for farmers, despite increasing demands on them because of measures to deal with climate change.
The Independent TD said agriculture was ignored in the single-most important economic and policy statement of the year.
