The RNLI had to intervene in Bundoran after a number of people entered the water in treacherous conditions.
Current swell and wind conditions at Bundoran Beach are said to have resulted in the water being particularly dangerous last evening.

RNLI Bundoran crew members observed a number of young people who had entered the water and quickly reacted to offer safety advice.
They are urging members of the public not to enter the water or attempt to swim in these conditions.
