Bus Eireann has confirmed that the bus involved in a collision in Donegal this morning was coming from Sligo.
Three people have been taken to Letterkenny University Hospital following the crash between a car and a bus in Manorcunningham, just outside Letterkenny.
The collision happened shortly before 10am.
Gardai and emergency services remain at the scene.

Bus Eireann has confirmed the coach was travelling Route 64 from Sligo to Derry, and that it's investigating the cause of the crash.
The company also says that the safety of passengers, staff and the public is of paramount importance and thanked Gardai and emergency services for their swift response.
