It's emerged that a target of the Criminal Assets Bureau has been arrested for drug driving in Donegal.
The Irish Independent are reporting that James 'Mago' Gately was stopped in the Ballybofey area last week.

It's believed that Mr. Gately failed a roadside drugs test at the scene before he was arrested.
He was later released without charge while the results are being analysed.

Mr. Gately has been described in court as a “senior figure” within the Hutch organised crime gang.
