A south Sligo councillor has told the National Transport Authority of the need for a Local Link daily bus service from Coolaney, Cloonacool and Mullinabreena to Sligo town.
The Cathaoirleach of Sligo County Council, Cllr Dara Mulvey, outlined the need for such a service during a Zoom meeting this week between a cross-party delegation of councillors and officials from the NTA.
Cllr Mulvey also highlighted the need for bus shelters throughout south Sligo, especially in Tubbercurry, Coolaney and Ballymote.
